Day 01:Arrival at Paro

Soon after you arrive at Bhutan by Druk Airways / Bhutan airlines , you will be greeted by our representative and drive to Thimphu(65 km – 1.15 hrs )Check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening by taking a stroll along the local markets and Stay Overnight

Day 02: Thimphu Sightseeing

After morning meal visits Takin Zoo, BBS Tower, Chang Gangkha Monastery, Buddha Point, Changlimthang Arena & Archery ground. Afternoon visit Tashichhodzong (Outside view), National Memorial Chorten, Government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts shops.Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day 03: Thimphu to Punakha/ Wangdue via Dochula Pass

After permit (Permit is not issued on Saturdays, Sundays & Govt. holidays) drive (70 km/ 2.30 hrs) to Punakha/Wangdue, with a stop en route for tea at Dochu La Pass (3,100 meters), where on a clear day you can obtain spectacular sights of the Himalayas. En route, you can see Mehsina Village & Chime Lhakhang. Visit PunakhaDzong&SangchenDorjiLhendrup Nunnery in Punakha. Overnight in Punakha/Wangdue.

Day 04:Transfer To Paro

Morning transfer (160 kilometers/ 4 hrs) to Paro check-in at the hotel.Overnight in Paro.

Day 05:Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) and after that walk down the route to visit RinpungDzong which has a long as well as interesting history. Afternoon visit to DrukgyelDzong, the messed up citadel where Bhutanese repelled several invasion by Tibetan armies. Later see KyichuLhakhang, one of the oldest as well as most sacred shrines of the Kingdom. Return at hotel. Overnight at Paro.

Day 06 : Departure from Paro

  • Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis. 
  • Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplment cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
  • Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
  • Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
  • Portages and  Driver Tips  are extra.
  • Optional sightseeing have to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. 
  • There is No Refund for un utilized Service.
  • All cost are per person based on twin sharing.
  • Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car.
  • On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
  • During sightseeing the vehicle will go upto permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers .
  • Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot ).
  • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
  • Preponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control,we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Kakani Holidays Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
  • Mode of Payments:

    • Credit cards and Debit cards.
    • Cash Payment at our office.
    • Deposit Cash / Cheque in our bank account.

     Booking Condition:

    • A non – refundable deposit of 50% of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
    • Identity Proof
    • Full Payment should Done 7 working days before the trip starts

    Cancellation Policy

    • Prior to 30 days or more: Non – refundable deposit (25%of the total package)
    • Between 29 – 20 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost
    • Between 19 – 14 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost
    • Between 13 – 08 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost
    • Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost

    Note: If the entire tour is cancelled after ticket issuance then there would be 100% cancellation for airfare (As per Airlines Rules).
