Day 01: Arrival prague

Welcome to Czech Republic! on arrival at prague airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Prague the capital city of the Czech Republic lies on the banks of the Vltava river. Nicknamed “the city of a hundred spires”, it is known for its old town square, Gothic churches and the medieval astronomical clock. evening the day is at leisure. Explore city on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Prague.

Day 02: City Tour of Prague Castle and Boat Cruise

This morning, proceed for a City Tour of Prague with Prague Castle and Boat Cruise. Starting on the Wenceslas Square where an air-conditioned bus will take you to the most known places in Prague, such as the National Museum, Dancing House and all the way to the Prague Castle. From there continue by foot to Mala Strana and Kampa, Charles Bridge and Old Town Square with the famous Astronomical Clock, and the Jewish Quarter. Later take a boat cruise on the Vltava River, where we will enjoy an unforgettable view of the Prague Castle, the National Theatre in Prague and other gems. The whole excursion ends at the Dvorak Embankment near the Czech Bridge. Overnight at the hotel in Prague. (B)

Day 03: Prague - vienna

This morning travel to Vienna, en-route, take a brief stop for an orientation tour of Cesky Krumlov. Českz Krumlov, in Bohemia‟s deep south, is one of the most picturesque towns in Europe. It‟s a little like Prague in miniature – a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a stunning castle above the Vltava River, an old town square, Renaissance and baroque architecture – but all on a smaller scale; you can walk from one side of town to the other in 20 mins. On arrival at Vienna, proceed and check into your hotel and relax. Vienna, Austria‟s capital city, offers a unique blend of imperial traditions and stunning modern architecture. It is famous for its imperial sights, coffee houses, cosy wine taverns, and a very special Viennese charm. Overnight at the hotel in Vienna. (B)

Day 04: Vienna City Tour and Schonbrunn Palace

After breakfast proceed for Vienna City Tour and a visit to Schonbrunn Palace. City tour will introduce you to the most important sights of the Austrian capital. As we drive around the famous ‘Ringstrasse,’ Vienna’s main boulevard, we pass by the State Opera, Museums of Fine Art and Natural History, the Parliament building, Burgtheater (National Theatre), the City Hall and the University. The highlight of this programme is the visit to Schonbrunn Palace where we take a tour of some of the most brilliantly decorated rooms. Rest of the day at leisure or explore city on own. Overnight at hotel.(B)

Day 05 : Vienna – Budapest, Hungury

Post breakfast , Travel to Budapest. Budapest, Hungary’s capital, is bisected by the River Danube. Its 19th-century Chain Bridge connects the hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Buda’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces city life from Roman times onward. Trinity Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views. Time free to explore city on own . Overnight hotel(B)

Day 06: Budapest City Tour

Discover the sights in Budapest with our tour guide. We will show you the main sights on both parts of the river in Budapest. Walk around the Castle District, enjoy the view from the Citadell, drive along the Andrássy Avenue until Heroes’ Square passing by many sights in the city. Overnight in Hotel.(B)

Day 07: Tour Ends

Post breakfast, time at leisure until departure flight make your way to the airport to connect departure flight.

  • Optional sightseeing have to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. 
  • There is No Refund for un utilized Service.
  • All cost are per person based on twin sharing.
  • Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car.
  • On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
  • During sightseeing the vehicle will go upto permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers .
  • Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot ).
  • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
  • Preponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control,we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Kakani Holidays Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

  • Cash Payment at our office.
  • Deposit Cash / Cheque in our bank account.

 Booking Condition:

  • A non – refundable deposit of 50% of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
  • Identity Proof
  • Full Payment should Done 7 working days before the trip starts

Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to 30 days or more: Non – refundable deposit (25%of the total package)
  • Between 29 – 20 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost
  • Between 19 – 14 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost
  • Between 13 – 08 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost
  • Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost

Note: If the entire tour is cancelled after ticket issuance then there would be 100% cancellation for airfare (As per Airlines Rules).
